Serving North Kitsap for More Than 40 Years

For more than four decades, our firm has been part of the fabric of North Kitsap County. Founded by Jeff Tolman, our practice was built on the belief that good legal work begins with understanding people. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of guiding generations of families through the decisions that shape their lives. We’ve helped them secure their futures, resolve disputes, and protect what matters.

Today, attorneys Amanda Hinson and Maureen McKeeman continue that legacy. Our approach remains the same: clear guidance, honest answers, and a deep commitment to the community we call home.

Founding Partner

Jef​frey L. Tolman

Mr. Tolman, a retired founder of the firm, dedicated over 40 years to serving clients in North Kitsap in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, Personal Injury, and Real Estate law. He also served as Poulsbo’s Municipal Court Judge for 24 years, retiring from the bench in April 2025.

Mr. Tolman is also a writer with over 400 published articles about law and life in over 55 periodicals across the country.

Mr. Tolman enjoys traveling with his wife, Laurie, golf and fly fishing. Married for 38 years, he has two sons, daughters-in-law and four grandchildren.
